The Vitalbix Balance+ Muesli contains only the best from nature. This unique muesli is packed with fibers and a super complete balancer with highly absorbable vitamins and minerals. It contains no (whole) grains, molasses, soy, or alfalfa. A concentrated, complete supplement to forage. Feed less for better results!

- Contains less energy than Vitalbix Active muesli. Therefore, less suitable for sport horses. If you still want to feed Balance+ muesli to your sport horse, for example, because you want to feed alfalfa-free, supplement the balance muesli with Vitalbix Fiber Mix and Linseed Oil for additional energy from fibers and fats.

The Vitalbix Balance+ Muesli is a complete muesli with balancer that includes several healthy extras such as extra vitamin E, B-vitamins, silicon, amino acids, and easily digestible fibers. All-in-one! The + (plus) after the word Balance indicates this.
- Extra high dosage of vitamin E, ideal if your horse cannot or should not graze on grass.
- B-vitamins, healthy horses produce enough, but production can decrease due to stress, age, or sensitive intestines.
- Silicon, supports healthy bones, cartilage, hooves, skin, and coat.
- Optimally digestible fibers, including from meadow grass, green oat straw, oat bran (the husk), chicory.
- Extra amino acids & high-quality proteins, from grasses, flaxseed, lupine and pea flakes.

Recommended Amount of Vitalbix Balance+:
Vitalbix Balance+ Muesli is an ideal muesli to feed without further additives: it is concentrated and very comprehensive. The amount you feed depends on the vitamins, minerals, and amino acids your horse needs: these increase with the level of activity. Below you will find the grams (not kilograms!) per day. This is up to 30 to 75% less than conventional mueslis!

Feed a 500 kg horse with 500 grams per day.
Light work: 120 grams of muesli per 100 kg body weight
Feed a 500 kg horse with 600 grams per day.
Moderate work: 140 grams of muesli per 100 kg body weight

Horse feed is never shipped for free, even if the order exceeds 99/149 euros. This is due to the weight, which requires bales and sacks to be packed in different packages and most products to be shipped individually. If you order 10 bales/sacks of 15 kg each, expect them to be delivered in 5 to 10 packages.
Vitalbix is a Dutch product
Vitalbix horse feed is produced in the Netherlands. The product does not travel long distances to reach our store, thus having a smaller environmental impact compared to horse feed from other parts of the world. Production meets high European environmental and social standards.
