This Barefoot Wellington in size 1 was specially made in brown by Barefoot upon a customer's request. However, the purchase was ultimately not made, so this special edition is now available at a discount. A discount of 150 euros, so without the special edition surcharge. The saddle comes with matching brown soft leather stirrup leathers with a length of 140 cm. In addition, a standard saddle cover and 2 sets of knee pads are included.

Barefoot saddle with VPS system:

The basis of this WELLington consists of the well-known Barefoot VPS system with interchangeable pommel and fixed anatomically shaped cantle. More information about the VPS system can be found in the video.

Moveable stirrup suspension system on Barefoot saddle:

The stirrup suspension can be moved forward and backward like on the other saddles by means of Velcro, so that you can determine the position yourself.

Barefoot Wellington seat:

The seat of the Barefoot Wellington is different from what we are used to from Barefoot. The seat is cut narrower and extends over the entire top of the saddle, including the cantle, giving the saddle a more classic look. The saddle also has a deep seat. The single sweat flap also contributes to this.

Wellington knee rolls:

The knee rolls are anatomically shaped and support a correct leg position. Under the pre-shaped knee pads, if desired, additional knee rolls provided can be attached.

Girth position Barefoot Wellington:

The position of the girth straps can be adjusted by yourself using the V-girth system.

Leather Barefoot Wellington:

The saddle is made of soft and supple Softleather, which is softer than nubuck leather. Thanks to this supple material, an ideal close contact connection is created between rider and horse, and mutual communication is disturbed as little as possible. This helps enormously in training with very subtle aids.

Pommel size Barefoot dressage saddle

Comes with a standard size M pommel. This can be replaced with a size S, L, XL, or soft XXL, available to order separately. More information about the correct pommel/width size can be found HERE.

Competing with a Barefoot saddle

The saddle can be used in regular (KNHS) basic dressage competition classes.
