Material and design of the lightweight rope halter:
The rope halter has a soft noseband, 2 ropes wide, with a matching cover for comfortable positioning. It features 2 rings for lateral rein attachment, but also loops under the chin for rein or leadrope attachment.

The noseband of a rope halter does not need to be tight around the nose.

Do not tie your horse with a rope halter!
Note: Never tie your horse or pony with a rope halter! The material is very strong, and if a horse pulls back, it can cause serious injuries. If you want the halter to break open, use Barefoot's mini panic hook.
