Sustainable Production:

Double S was founded in 1993 by brothers Marco and Leonardo Schelfi and is based on the family farm in the Trentino region of Italy. The company manufactures horseshoes and other farrier tools, as well as hoof knives. Uniquely, the electricity required for their production is supplied by a 180 kW per hour photovoltaic solar energy tracking system and an 800 KWp wind farm. This makes their production facility energy-efficient, class A+.

All Double S hoof knives and other farrier tools are made using clean, CO2-neutral sustainable energy.
