Feed-X Gate Timer
The Feed-X Gate Timer is an automatic field opener that is very easy to install and use. A mounting rail is included as standard when purchasing a gate timer.

The Feed-X Gate Timer is ideal for:
- Providing automatic access to the pasture.
- When you want to feed one or more horses in a separate paddock. You can let them eat calmly without having to wait, and the gate timer will grant access to the rest of the group at the stables after the set time.
- It's also possible to close off a section of the paddock with electric fencing and put extra hay inside. This way, you can offer an additional feeding moment without being there yourself.

Setting up the Feed-X Gate Timer:
The Feed-X gate timer is easy to set, similar to a kitchen timer. First, set the desired number of hours at the bottom of the device. Then, rotate the mechanism on top to the left and hook the handle into it. After the set time, the mechanism will open, granting access to the field/paddock/group.
Accuracy of Feed gate timers:
The timers use a wind-up mechanism, making them less accurate than a digital clock. A deviation of 5% is normal. A 6-hour timer is more accurate than a 12-hour timer.
Required accessories for the Feed Gate Timer:
In addition to the Feed-X gate timer itself, you’ll need a system to close off the pasture. The manufacturer offers several systems where the timer's operation is guaranteed:
