Material pad with inserts:

Upper side of the Freedom pad made of softly padded cotton. The underside of the insert pockets is made of very soft fine synthetic wool. The pad can be attached to the saddle using Velcro loops.

Inserts:

Inserts are made of a somewhat cheaper foam material, but are easy to replace or combine with a material of your own preference. Matching your treeless saddle.
