Freeform DKR Base without Seat
Note: You are only ordering the base of the saddle here. The seat is not included, and the Velcro cushions are also not included. You choose these separately and order them separately.
Features of the Freeform DKR New Base:
The Freeform DKR New is the updated version of the Freeform DKR. The Freeform DKR New Base is a dressage-oriented treeless saddle base with a straighter flap than the standard Freeform Classic. The flap is equipped with a knee roll pocket, underneath which a Velcro knee roll is attached, which can be repositioned thanks to the Velcro. The finishing of these knee roll pockets has been improved compared to the old Freeform DKR, and the flap is slightly thinner for better leg contact. The model comes standard with quick-change girth straps.
The model is dressage-oriented but still versatile. The key is that it fits well on your horse and you can sit comfortably in it. With this "dressage saddle," you can also enjoy long trail rides. However, herding cattle and serious jumping will be more challenging.

Short Back
The new DKR is currently only available in the short back size.
Material of the Freeform DKR New Base:
Calfskin, suede, or nubuck (nubuck comes with an additional cost). This is the customer's choice.
Freeform Soft Leather Colors:
The leather is available in soft calfskin, suede, and nubuck, and can be ordered in nearly all colors of the rainbow. See color options in the menu on the right and the images. Note that colors may change from year to year. During a saddle fitting appointment, we bring small samples of the available colors.
Freeform stitching is available in the following colors:

Freeform DKR New Base Customization Options:
The customization options are listed in the menu on the right. Some options come with an additional cost, which you can see in the selection menu:
Wither clearance: 9 or 13 cm
Underside of the saddle: Sympanova, wool, suede, or calfskin
D-rings: 5, 9, or 15
Freeform Base Comes with/without:
With this base, you will only receive the girth straps and stirrup attachment. Not included are:
- Seat
- Velcro cushions
- Stirrup leathers and stirrups
- Girth
You will need a seat, stirrup leathers, stirrups, girth, and Velcro cushions or a pad with inserts to ride with this saddle base.
