Jodphur breeches are relatively unknown, but they are very comfortable and ideal for recreational riding.

What is the difference between jodphur riding breeches and classic riding breeches?

Classic riding breeches are fitted and stretchy pants with a high waist that fits well at the ankles by means of Velcro or elastic. Because these pants fit tightly, you can easily slip into your riding boots. Jodphur breeches are wider at the bottom and are often paired with jodphurs instead of riding boots. With jodphur riding breeches you do not have to wear riding boots or chaps. Jodphur breeches are therefore ideal for the recreational rider.
