    Barefoot PU Inserts

    The PU soft foam inserts from Barefoot are a crucial component for optimal pressure distribution under a treeless (Barefoot) saddle. These separate sets of inserts can, for example, be used to replace old inserts that have flattened or provide extra protection for horses with a slightly pointed spine.

    Advantages of the soft foam inserts:

    • Usable as replacements for older inserts that have flattened
    • Suitable for extra protection for horses with a slightly pointed spine
    • Open structure evens out all irregularities (e.g., sebaceous cysts) and effectively distributes pressure points on the back
    • Best tested during digital saddle pressure measurements with VPS saddles in use by average horses and riders
    • Specially developed and tested for Barefoot VPS saddles
    • If necessary, can be cut to fit your pad or underlay

    The inserts are approximately 15 mm thick (easily compressible) and can be custom-cut if needed. They are supplied in two models:

    • Ride on Pad Physio (for replacement of the inserts in your Ride on Pad Physio)
