Barefoot Walnut Leather Bitless Bridle
This is the Barefoot Walnut leather bitless bridle, especially designed for ponies. It is a soft nubuck leather cross-under bitless bridle. The noseband, headpiece, and browband are extra softly padded with nubuck leather. It features crossed (soft & supple) cords under the jaws.
Cross-Under Design:
System 5: A cross-under bitless bridle affects not only the nose but also the jaws, cheeks, and neck of the horse. The reins pass through rings on the noseband under the head, cross there, and are attached to the headpiece. This means that when you want to turn left, your horse feels pressure on the right side of its nose, on its right cheek, and a bit behind its ears. The pressure from your rider's hand is thus distributed over various areas of the horse's head. Some horses find this pleasant and gentle, while for others, it may be confusing at times.

The bridle is made of soft nubuck leather. The noseband, headpiece, and browband are extra softly padded with nubuck leather.
Color of the cross-under bridle:
Available in the colors black and brown.
Size of the leather bridle:
Available in one size, pony. Not suitable for ponies with a Shetland size or Shetlands with a Shetland size. The bridle is too large for that. Shetlands with a pony size fit the bridle well.
Delivery:
The bridle is delivered without reins. Matching reins are available separately.
