    The London Pad with inserts from Barefoot features removable foam inserts (included separately) on both sides of the spine, made of well shock-absorbing and flexible material. With wither cut-out and thigh cut-out in the inserts for better rider leg contact. With a sympanova anti-slip layer on the top side of the pad.
