The Agrobs Myo Protein Flakes are a high protein grass flake, Myoalpin cobs and Fetura were previously available in pellet form but this took weeks longer to prepare. The flake form is ready in just 5 minutes, even in cold water. Myo Protein Flakes are specially designed for horses with a high protein requirement, such as sport horses, breeding horses, young horses, elderly horses or horses recovering from illness or injury. Agrobs Myo Protein Flakes are high-protein flakes made exclusively from grasses, with no added alfalfa. This makes the pellet also suitable for horses that are sensitive or allergic to alfalfa.

Recommended feeding method for Agrobs Myo Flakes

As roughage upgrade: Daily 300 to 500 g per 100 kg body weight
As grain substitute: Approx. 1.2 kg of Myoalpin Cobs replaces about 1 kg of grains
As feed for sport and breeding horses: Daily 500 to 800 g per 100 kg body weight

Agrobs recommends feeding the Myo Protein Flakes soaked; let 1 kg of Myoalpin Cobs soak in 1.5 to 3 liters of water. If you don't do this, Agrobs recommends slowly introducing the product to the horse by feeding small amounts at first and gradually increasing.

To fully provide vitamins and minerals, we recommend feeding the product in combination with a vitamin or mineral pellet. See below for a number of suitable products.

There is no free shipping for horse feed.

Horse feed is never shipped for free, even when the order is larger than 99,- euro. This is due to the weight, which means that the bales and bags have to be packaged in different packages and most products have to be shipped individually. If you order 10 bales/bags at 15kg each, you can expect them to be delivered in 5 to 10 packages.

Agrobs is a European product.

Agrobs horse feed is produced in Europe, Germany. It does not have to travel around the world to reach our store and therefore has a smaller environmental impact compared to horse feed from other regions. The production meets high European environmental and social standards.
