The Agrobs Omega 3 Pur oil mix is specially developed to improve the ratio of omega 3 and 6 in the diet of horses or to serve as an energy source in protein, sugar, and starch-poor diets. The oil mix is rich in vitamin E.

Special features of Agrobs Omega3 Pur oil:

optimal ratio of omega-3: omega-6 fatty acids, specifically 3:1
provides the necessary amount of omega-3 fatty acids and improves the ratio to omega-6 fatty acids which are often already adequately present in the diet
omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammatory processes, are important for regulating blood clotting and healthy blood vessels, and support cells in absorbing nutrients
consists of linseed, camelina, and rapeseed oil, so it contains a lot of vitamin E besides the fatty acids
ideal energy source for a protein- or carbohydrate-poor diet

Linseed oil, camelina oil, and rapeseed oil are ideal for:

achieving a better ratio of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids in the horse's diet
as an energy source for horses that receive a very low protein diet
as an energy source for horses that receive a very low sugar and carbohydrate diet
as an additional energy source during heavy work

Recommended feeding method for Omega 3 oil:

as a source of high-quality fatty acids: 5-10 ml per 100kg body weight
as a source of energy: 20 ml per 100kg body weight
gradually build up the feeding when starting, as the horse may experience looser stools if it suddenly receives a large amount of oil
if there are liver problems, no larger amount should be fed than recommended.
