    Product description

The FRA Dardo bareback pad and/or saddle pad is a popular and widely used bareback pad.

    • size horse-cob
    • color black or brown
    • anti-slip material
    • with handle
    • excluding girth

The bareback pad top is made of suedine (artificial suede) with wear-resistant synthetic nappa leather under the leg position. It is filled with high-density foam, extra thick around the withers. The entire pad is quilted with polypropylene. The underside features a perforated anti-slip neoprene layer, sympanova. This material is low maintenance, shock-absorbing, hygienic, and temperature-regulating. The bareback pad is anatomically shaped and equipped with a removable handle. It incorporates a "spread-over pull system," more simply described as a V-girth system, which distributes the girth pressure evenly over the entire pad and ensures a nice fit.

    Advantages of FRA Dardo:

    + High-density foam filling
+ Thicker foam filling around the withers
+ Sympanova anti-slip underside ensures stable positioning on the horse's back
+ Sympanova is perforated neoprene, making the bareback pad breathable
+ Sympanova does not absorb sweat, keeping the bareback pad clean for longer
+ Artificial suede top provides anti-slip surface for the rider on the bareback pad
+ Anatomically shaped for better fit on the horse's back
+ V-girth system for pressure distribution
    + Removable handle

    Disadvantages of Dardo bareback pad:

    - Foam filling may not be thick enough for intensive use (for intensive use, choose a bareback pad with inserts that protect the spine, or place a pad with inserts under the Dardo)
    - No spine clearance

    FRA Dardo is ideal for:

    • Horses and ponies with low to medium withers.
    • Light use, approximately 2-3 times per week

    Dardo is less suitable for:

    • Horses and ponies with extremely high withers
    • Horses and ponies with poorly developed back muscles (for a poorly developed back muscle, choose a bareback pad with inserts that protect the spine, or place a pad with inserts under the Dardo)
    • Horses and ponies with prominent/well-feeling spine (for a horse/pony with a prominent spine, choose a bareback pad with inserts that protect the spine, or place a pad with inserts under the Dardo)
    • Intensive use (for intensive use, choose a bareback pad with inserts that protect the spine, or place a pad with inserts under the Dardo)
