Due to higher shipping costs to the Wadden Islands compared to other places in the Netherlands, please indicate in the menu if your address is located on a Wadden Island. In this case, the shop will charge an additional 20 euros. Alternatively, you can select that your address is not on a Wadden Island when it actually is, but in that case, we will not ship your test saddle until the additional 20 euros are paid.
Do you want to test the saddle with different types of pads? Sometimes a combination works better with one type of pad than with another. Therefore, you can order a second additional pad. Please specify the type you would like to test, if possible. However, we cannot guarantee that we will have this type in stock. Managing the test saddle schedule becomes too complex and leads to longer waiting times. If your chosen type is not available, we will try to provide the best possible comparable alternative. You will receive two different types of pads. The cost for the second additional pad is 5 euros.
Please mention any other preferences you have for the test saddle. We will check if it's possible to accommodate them, but it's not guaranteed.
To ensure that the correct length of stirrup leathers is attached to the saddle, please specify the leg length of the rider who will be testing the saddle. This increases the likelihood of testing the saddle properly.
Finally, describe your horse or pony based on its breed, height, and build. This will help us estimate the appropriate girth lengths.
We take good care of our test saddles and therefore require a deposit for this model. The deposit for this model is 750 euros. This amount will be refunded to your account once the test saddle is returned to us complete and without any damages.
