Why use a shampoo bar?
Shampoo bars are an eco-friendly alternative to the widely used shampoo bottle. While the bottle seemed more convenient than the traditional soap bar—the "old-fashioned" shampoo bar—we didn't realize at the time that shampoo bottles contribute significantly to plastic waste, which heavily pollutes the earth. Additionally, shampoo bottles contain 80% water, which makes them larger in volume than shampoo bars. This extra volume (and weight) needs to be transported, leading to higher emissions.
