Material of the EDIX grooming glove:
The grooming glove is made entirely of genuine merino lambskin, a type of sheepskin, which allows dust and dirt particles to be easily absorbed. Lambskin has a very dense “hair/wool growth” and is slightly greasy, which helps to easily wipe away small dust and dirt particles. To produce lambskin, a sheep must be slaughtered, not just for the lambskin, but also for the meat, making this product not sheep-friendly.
Ideal grooming glove for:
Making your horse shine for, for example, a photoshoot, show, or competition.
Less suitable for:
Removing large amounts of dust, mud, or solid, hard substances from your horse’s coat. In that case, it’s best to brush your horse first with regular brushes.
