Usage of Hilton Herbs Mud Defender Lotion:
The Hilton Herbs Mud Defender Lotion can be used on any part of the body. Gently wipe away mud or dirt from the affected area or wash the area with cold water and pat it dry. Apply to clean, dry skin and rub in thoroughly, leaving a thin layer of lotion on the skin. If the skin is crusted, apply the lotion over the scabs and work it in well. When the scabs soften, try to gently remove them and reapply the lotion. The lotion should be applied to clean, dry legs before turning the horse out or stabling. The Hilton Herbs Mud Defender Lotion is safe to use on broken, sore, crusty skin and should not sting when applied.
As with any new product, we recommend testing a small amount on a small area before general use to prevent irritation. If irritation, redness, or swelling occurs, stop using immediately and consult a veterinarian.
