Grandeur Standard Saddle Pad
Grandeur is a German company that provides custom-made saddle pads for Western, English, and treeless saddles, as well as bareback pads. All their products have a delivery time of approximately 35 working days due to the wide range of customization options available.

Standard Pad:
The standard line of Grandeur is essentially a regular saddle pad. However, it is made of the high-quality materials that we know from Grandeur, and of course, it is custom-made. Optionally, you can add an anti-slip top and this anti-slip top can be equipped with an insert compartment. This allows thin inserts to be inserted into the top of the pad.

Less suitable for:
The pad is not suitable for Western saddles.
Customization:
These pads can be fully customized according to your preference, meaning that there are various options in the selection menus. The basic price of the pad is €99.99, with additional costs for various options. Please note that the version you choose will be made especially for you, and therefore has a delivery time of approximately 35 working days. Read below about the various customization options.
For which saddle or bareback pad should the pad be suitable?
To ensure that the pad you ordered fits well, it is important to specify the brand, model, and size of the saddle/bareback pad. All available options are listed in the selection menu. In short, the brands include: Barefoot, Christ, EDIX, Freeform, Ghost, Grandeur, Hidalgo, Sensation Ride, Startrekk, Quantum, and Trekker. If available, the back length x side length is also specified in centimeters for each version. So if your saddle is not available in the selection menu, you can see if the dimensions of another saddle may be suitable. The measuring method is shown in the image below:
Colors of Grandeur pads:
The Grandeur pads are available with two different types of stitching: Revision and traditional "square" stitching. Each stitching pattern has its own colors. The fabrics used by Grandeur for the colors are of high quality and do not fade or barely fade in the wash or through use. Images of the various colors can be found in the product photos.

Piping Grandeur:
The border of the Grandeur pad can also be colored according to your preference. This is the piping. There are three colors:
Top of Grandeur pad:

The top (outer side) of the pad can be made of fabric only or an anti-slip layer at the location of the inserts. This anti-slip layer can be made of neoprene or sympanova. If you want an anti-slip layer, sympanova is recommended for saddles with a synthetic wool or leather underside, such as Barefoots and EDIX saddles, unless your horse is very round. Neoprene is better suited for saddles with a sheepskin underside or horses that are very round. An extra insert compartment can also be built into the anti-slip layer, which is only suitable for thin inserts or correction shims. Ideal if you need a little more height. Details:
There is a lot to choose from with the Grandeur pads, including the finish of the edge/piping. This can be decorated with a decorative cord double or single in gold or silver. See current surcharge in the selection menu.

Optional inserts:
If you choose an anti-slip layer with insert compartments on the top, you can also order suitable inserts right away. Choose "none" if you do not want any inserts, or have not chosen any insert compartments. The following options are available for inserts:
6mm foam rubber (firm foam, flexible) 10mm soft foam (soft foam, flexible) 15mm memory foam (slow foam, flexible) 8-10mm wool felt (made of real wool, medium flexible)
Maintenance:
Grandeur saddle pads are made of specially selected high-quality materials. They are machine washable at 40°C, then spin briefly. The pads cannot be tumble dried! The material on the top is made of a strong, dirt-repellent material that does not or barely fades in the wash.
