Leather dressage reins with clips from Marjoman
The dressage reins are equipped with rein clips for attachment to cavessons, bits, or bitless bridles, matching the Marjoman cavessons and bridles. They have a standard width of 17 to 18mm.
High-quality leather:
The dressage reins are made of the same high-quality and colored cowhide leather as the Marjoman cavessons and bridles. Please note that leather is a natural product. So, if you're ordering reins for a cavesson or bridle you already have, consider that there may always be some slight color variation. Leather changes color slightly with use and care. Each hide has its own pigment, so despite dyeing, there may still be some difference in color.
Handmade reins:
Since these reins are handmade, there are various options to choose from. The reins are therefore specially made for you and therefore have a delivery time of approximately 21 days. Sometimes, versions are also available from stock. Send an email or check the selection menu.

- Cognac
- Light brown
- Dark brown
- Black
Length of reins with rein clips:
- Full: 300 cm
- Cob: 280 cm
- Pony: 250 cm

Width and thickness of the dressage reins:
The reins are 5.5 mm thick. You can choose from two widths:
- 14-15 mm (see another product)
- 17-18 mm
Maintenance of Marjoman leather:
Marjoman leather is oiled leather. It is best maintained with leather oil. Choose clear oil for light colors to preserve the original color as much as possible.
