Grandeur Physio pad with inserts
The Physio Grandeur pad is suitable for use with inserts, making it ideal for treeless saddles, including Western treeless models. In contrast to the Physio Western pad, the Grandeur Physio pad features double inserts only at the weight-bearing areas of the saddle, enhancing closer contact under your leg. The pad is available in various colors. These pads feature dual insert compartments filled to enhance spinal freedom and distribute pressure under your treeless (Western) saddle. The term "Physio" not only refers to the double inserts but also indicates that the pads are split in the middle and equipped with air-co fabric, providing more freedom of movement for the horse and improved ventilation. Additionally, the pads are lined with anti-slip sympanova on the top side to ensure stable positioning under your saddle.

Customize Physio pad yourself:
This Physio pad can be fully customized according to your preferences, meaning there are various options in the selection menus. The base price of the pad is listed next to it, without inserts; with inserts, the price increases depending on the type chosen. Additional details such as decorative edges incur an additional cost. Please note, the version you choose is specially made for you and therefore has a delivery time of approximately 35 business days.
For which saddle or bareback pad should the pad be suitable?
To ensure that the pad you ordered fits well, it's important to specify the brand, model, and size of the saddle/bareback pad. All available options are listed in the selection menu, including brands such as Barefoot, Christ, EDIX, Freefrom, Ghost, Grandeur, Hidalgo, Sensation Ride, Startrekk, Quantum, and Trekker. Where available, the back length x side length in centimeters is also listed next to each version. If your saddle is not listed in the selection menu, you can check if the dimensions of another saddle might be suitable. You can see the measuring method in the image below:
Shape of Physio pad:
There are 4 different shapes (see images), choose the shape that you like and that also fits your saddle and horse. The Antik model is usually not suitable for horses with a short back.

Colors of Grandeur pads:
The Grandeur pads are available with 2 different types of stitching: "Revision" puzzle and traditional "square" stitching. Both stitching patterns have their own set of colors. The fabrics used by Grandeur for the colors are of high quality and do not fade significantly in the wash or with use. Images of the various colors can be found in the product photos.

Piping Grandeur:
The edging of the Grandeur pad can also be customized according to preference. This is the piping. There are two colors:

Underside
The underside of this pad is made from synthetic wool as standard. You can choose between black or camel brown synthetic wool.
Details:
With the Grandeur pads, there are many choices, including the finishing of the edge/piping. This can be decorated with a decorative cord, double or single in gold or silver. See additional cost in the selection menu.

Inserts for horse's back side
These are located in the bottom compartment of the Physio pad, on the horse's back side. You can choose from:
- Foam rubber 6mm (firm foam, flexible)
- Foam rubber 12mm (firm foam, flexible)
- Soft foam 10mm (soft foam, flexible)
- Memory foam 15mm (slow foam, flexible)
- PE foam 12mm (firm foam, slightly flexible)
- Wool felt 8-10mm (real wool, medium flexible)
- No inserts (you can use your own material) free
Inserts saddle side
The inserts on the top fill the Sympanova compartments and are therefore slightly smaller than the inserts on the underside. You can choose from:

Pflege des Grandeur Pads
Grandeur saddle pads are made from specially selected high-quality materials. They are machine washable at 40°C, followed by a short spin cycle. The pads should not be tumble dried! The material on the top side is made from a strong, dirt-repellent material that hardly discolors in the wash.
