Grandeur Physio Western Pad with Inserts
The Western Physio Grandeur pad is suitable for use with inserts and therefore suitable not only for regular Western saddles but also for treeless Western saddles. The pad is available in various colors. The pads feature double insert compartments that contribute to spinal freedom and pressure distribution under your (treeless) Western saddle. The term "Physio" not only refers to the double inserts but also to the fact that the pads are split in the middle and are made of air-conditioned fabric. This provides more freedom of movement for the horse and improved ventilation. Furthermore, the pads are equipped with anti-slip Sympanova on the top side, providing a stable position under your saddle.
Advantages of Grandeur pads:
+ good anatomical shape
+ good fit due to customization
+ available in 18 colors
+ colors hardly fade due to use and washing
+ high quality
+ Made in Europe
Customizing the Physio Western Pad:
This Physio pad can be fully customized to your preference, meaning there are various options in the selection menus. The base price of the pad is €179 without inserts. With inserts and depending on the type, the price increases. Please note that the version you choose is specially made for you and therefore has a delivery time of approximately 35 working days.
Back Length:
In the images, you can see how the pads are measured by Grandeur. To determine the correct back length, it is helpful to measure your saddle in the same way. Choose a size that is at least 4 cm longer than the back length of your saddle. Longer is of course also possible. The following back lengths are available:
- 62 cm
- 66 cm
- 72 cm
- 76 cm
- 82 cm
Physio Pad Shape:
There are 6 different shapes (see images); choose the shape you like and that also suits your saddle. Do not choose "round graduated" for a square skirt saddle, as it usually doesn't look very nice.
- square straight
- square rounded
- square curved
- square rounded curved
- round skirt
- graduated round

The Grandeur pads are available with 2 different types of stitching: Revision and traditional "square" stitching. Both stitching patterns have their own colors. Maintenance:
