Grandeur is a German company that provides custom-made saddle pads for treeless saddles, among others. All their products therefore have a delivery time of approximately 35 working days. Due to the multitude of options available, it is impossible to keep all types and sizes in stock.

Saddle-shaped pad with inserts:
This saddle-shaped pad features insert compartments on the underside of the pad, making it particularly suitable for treeless saddles, enhancing spine freedom and pressure distribution. The type of inserts can be chosen by the user. The underside of the pad is made of cotton fabric. Delivery time is approximately 35 working days.

These pads can be fully customized to individual preferences, meaning there are various options available in the choice menus. The base price of the pad/the simplest version is indicated above, with additional costs for various options. Please note that the version you choose will be specially made for you, hence the delivery time of approximately 35 working days. Read below about the various customization options.
For which saddle or bareback pad should the pad be suitable?
To ensure that the pad you order fits well, it is important to specify the brand, model, and size of the saddle/bareback pad. All available options are listed in the selection menu, including brands like Barefoot, Christ, EDIX, Freefrom, Ghost, Grandeur, Hidalgo, Sensation Ride, Startrekk, Quantum, and Trekker. Where available, the back length x side length is also indicated in centimeters for each version. So, if your saddle is not available in the selection menu, you can see if the dimensions of another saddle might be suitable. The measuring method is shown in the image below:
Colors of Grandeur pads:
Grandeur pads are available with two different types of stitching: Revision and traditional "square" stitching. Both stitching patterns have their own colors. The fabrics used by Grandeur for the colors are of high quality and do not fade or fade minimally in the wash or through use. Images of the various colors can be found in the product photos.

Grandeur trim:
The edging of the Grandeur pad can also be colored according to preference. This is the trim. There are three colors:
Top of Grandeur pad:
- fabric only
- neoprene non-slip
- layer neoprene non-slip layer with built-in extra insert
- compartment for thin inserts sympanova non-slip layer with built-in extra insert compartment for thin inserts
The top (outer side) of the pad can be made of fabric only or a non-slip layer at the level of the inserts. This non-slip layer can be made of neoprene or sympanova. If you want a non-slip layer, sympanova is recommended for saddles with a synthetic wool or leather underside, such as Barefoot and EDIX saddles unless your horse is very round. Neoprene is better suited for saddles with a lambskin underside or horses that are very round. An extra insert compartment can also be built into the non-slip layer, suitable only for thin inserts or correction shims. Ideal if you need a little more height. Underside Insert Compartments:

- synthetic wool with synthetic leather at the rear (anti-hair breakage)

The finishing of the insert compartments can be done with 4 different options. You have the choice between black synthetic wool and non-slip sympanova, with an additional cost. There are many choices with Grandeur pads, including the finishing of the edge/trim. This can be decorated with a decorative cord, single or double, in gold or silver. See additional cost in the selection menu.

Inserts:
For optimal pressure distribution, the insert compartments can be filled with various types of inserts. You can use your own inserts in the pad that you already have available, but you can also order a new set, then you don't have to change the inserts. An advantage of this is that the inserts are delivered tailored to the pad. There are various types with different prices, see selection menu. Are you satisfied with the current pressure distribution of your saddle with inserts? Then we recommend ordering the same type of inserts.
Wartung:
Die Grandeur-Sattelunterlagen bestehen aus speziell ausgewählten hochwertigen Materialien. Sie sind maschinenwaschbar bei 40°C und dann kurz zu schleudern. Die Unterlagen dürfen nicht im Trockner getrocknet werden! Das Material auf der Oberseite besteht aus einem starken, schmutzabweisenden Material, das beim Waschen kaum verblasst oder verblassen kann.
