Why the EDIX Vika?
"A saddle should be a means of communication between rider and horse, where both should feel comfortable." The EDIX Vika is the synthetic version of the EDIX Courville and therefore suitable for a slightly smaller budget.
Pressure distribution:
We could better speak of a saddle combination instead of just a saddle. A treeless saddle comes with a pad with inserts. This pad is the foundation for the saddle. The pad raises the saddle slightly and, together with the saddle, ensures space between the spine and the saddle combination. The saddle itself has separated, built-in, pressure-dampening, anatomically shaped soft foam parts on both sides underneath. This creates shock absorption and resilience in combination with the pad, providing a tunnel for spinal freedom. This structure provides an extremely stable, flexible, and soft contact surface with the horse's back. The saddle is supplied without a pad, allowing you to choose the pad with inserts and any other accessories.
Suppleness and fit:
The extremely horse-friendly EDIX Vika treeless saddle offers the rider a soft and stable seat due to the complete absence of hard materials. The flexibility of the materials used makes the saddle an extremely flexible unit. As a result, the saddle can follow the movements of the horse's back and shoulders in all directions, offering the horse optimal freedom of movement.
Width size:
The pommel of the saddle is removable. However, small pommels in different sizes are not available for the EDIX Vika XS. Only the standard size. There is also a soft pommel available for very broad ponies.

The EDIX Vika is made from synthetic leather.
Sizes:
The EDIX Vika XS is also known as a 12-inch saddle. Size XS is ideal for large Shetlands and small ponies. Suitable for children.

The saddle comes with some accessories. You will receive stirrups, stirrup leathers, and a girth (FRA super girth 35 cm). A pad with inserts is not included.
