Shipping & Delivery

We ship packages Monday through Friday. Our carriers deliver six days a week, except on Sundays. The condition is that the products you ordered are in stock. If in stock, we will ship within 1, occasionally 2, working days. Our carriers aim to deliver the package the next working day in the Netherlands and Belgium. However, exceptions can occur. That’s why our webshop lists “estimated delivery time,” as there can occasionally be a delay. For other European countries, delivery usually takes 1-5 working days longer.

Is the product in stock?

Each product lists whether it’s in stock or not, along with the estimated delivery time. We use the word “approximately” because even a package from a supplier to us can sometimes be delayed. Another factor is that a product might be out of stock at the supplier. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible by email.

Do you have an order with different suppliers/brands?

Please consider the longest delivery time. We always ship orders when they are complete. This minimizes packaging materials and reduces our environmental impact.

No rights can be derived from the indicated delivery times, as we depend on third parties, but we always strive for the fastest possible delivery!

Shipping with DPD:

We ship packages with DPD. The choice of carrier depends on the package's weight and the value of its contents. You will receive an automatic email with a tracking code so you can follow your package.
